Spooky tracking done on travellers returning to Canada who undergo the 14 day quarantine

This tracking is probably done on all people, but it can be clearly seen on travellers who are returning to Canada or visiting Canada and are undergoing the 14 day quarantine.

A few of my friends know individuals who have gone through the quarantine process.

The government calls them to ask how they are quarantining, how they are exercising, how they are getting fresh air, where there are quarantining, if they are leaving their quarantined area if they are quarantining in a house, and more. A lot of Orwellian questions are being asked to returning/visiting travellers.

Moreover, the government knows when the person leaves the house. In one instance, one individual left their house to do groceries. Guess who called them when they were doing groceries? And guess who was waiting for them when they were outside? You guessed it, the government. Unfortunately this individual was fined.

Another individual went to their garage to repair some things. Guess who called? You guessed it, the government. They asked where they were and if there are still quarantining. Cell phone tower pinging much?!

We are all likely being tracked (worldwide). That's why there's targeted individuals and this makes me think all these "great" inventions like the phone and telecom is spook-invented. Oh and this ain't the first time this government has been doing this nonsense - in 2014, Canada's electronic sky agency CSEC tracked thousands through a major airport’s free wifi. See https://www.rcinet.ca/en/2014/01/31/canadian-intelligence-agency-csec-tracked-thousands-through-airport-wi-free-fi/.

POTUS is going to pull the plug on all of this though; nothing can stop what is coming.

And forgot to mention, it was not just phone calls. One of my friends knows someone who got emails too.

Apparently the government asks for the phone number and email of the traveller when they arrive.

One of the individuals mentioned that if there is a missed call from the government, the individual must pick up the second time. Otherwise the government will knock on the person's door. Yeah - big brother acting like one's parents now. Sensing some inferiority complex of these narcissistic MKUltra'd officials.

I guess this tracking wouldn't work if the person had no cell phone to start with and only a landline kek!
