I acted as product manager for the 2008/2009 New York State tabulation deployment (53 counties, 9,000 accessible and regular tabulators) as well as the product manager for tabulator technology in the 2010 Philippines National Elections deployment (82,000 tabulators, 50 million paper ballots, spread across 7,000 islands) and 2012/2013 Mongolian National Elections (2,500 tabulators, 3 million paper ballots, over extreme rural conditions). I also had an integral part in the deployment of our internet voting solution in the Ontario 2010 Municipal Elections as well as the 2013 Liberal Party of Canada Leadership Vote.
In addition, from 2013 to 2015 served as technical advisor to a Canadian-based NGO with a mandate to promote election modernization, with successful projects completed in Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana and the country of Georgia. → Anon will digg to see if they can find this Canadian-based NGO
