what they need to do is tie a vote to a picture ID, with a social security number, and bump that up with the database at the IRS and if you have not filed, then you do not vote ; tech can do it now, so that excuse it is too big of a job is not valid anymore
that is a whole different can of worms ; i agree with getting rid of IRS (and income tax); we need a consumption tax (like on groceries), if you want everyone to pay their fair share…there are so many that pay nothing in Fed taxes, and they use the most services ; and property owners shouldn't be strapped with school taxes either ; but, in the mean time, the only way to get rid of all the vote cheating is to tie it to a picture ID and bump it up against that current database of alive taxpayers, or we go paper ballots and purple fingers, vote in person on election day only …no exceptions
