PA and NC are 35 votes, and if it stays the same as last time (306-232) the Dems are still 3 short at 271-267 even if they steal those two ; but they must also win the national popular vote of these states in green will have to vote trump ; now if Philly turns in more votes and residents, well that could open up a can of worms….then all that obvious California box stuffing from 2018 could be brought to light
those that they are rounding up are even less than that
