It seems they are establishing the narrative for "Two Nations". This seems to be the direction they want to head. Split the country in half between East and West with one half being Socialist. This will end up being an endless nightmare of constant battling. Hopefully we can just go ahead and put them out of their misery.
Israel isn't tolerant of diversity, they just force it on everyone else.
