minimum wage at that time was $2.25/hr, IIRC. so for less than 5 hours pay, you could attend a two day music festival featuring the two top grossing bands in the country.
today the minimum wage is what, $7.25? anyone wanna tell me where i can attend a two day music festival with top draw bands for under $35? that's what i thought.
