In Matthew we have the story of the Wheat and the Tares…13:24-30'ish…

 

Basically Jesus is asked…Master, how will you tell the good folks from the bad when judgement comes? (they are worried He will not recognize them…)…

 

He tell them we will let the EVIL flourish along with the GOOD until Judgement. When judgement comes He will Harvest the entire crop, GOOD and EVIL and will separate them out at that time…

 

Wheat and Tares, but analogy is obvious…
