What Is a Receiver?

A receiver is a person appointed as custodian of a person or entity’s property, finances, general assets, or business operations. Receivers can be appointed by courts, government regulators, or private entities. Receivers seek to realize and secure assets and manage affairs to pay debts. For businesses, receivers seek to maximize profits and asset value, and either terminate operations or sell all or part of the company. When a receiver is appointed, a company is said to be “in receivership.”

On this day, I signed a retainer with some of the greatest legal minds in the World because they knew that saving me, meant saving our Constitutional Republic. The details are all sealed right now but I proved through business intelligence software that DEFENDANTS were getting ‘blank checks’ from the Federal Government programs. WE THE PEOPLE have been trafficked by our own government.

I was the victim of DEFENDANTS but couldn’t get anyone to enforce the rule of law. The doors of justice were slammed in my face all the way up to the US Supreme Court and coincidentally? Justice Scalia died 6 days before my case was to go to conference where I hoped for a ‘Rule of Four.’

I went to several other states to invoke the process for being heard and having the law enforced to no avail. The EVIL brushed all of my requests under-the-rug. I knew that it might come to this so every step-of-the-way I had been keeping evidence and preparing my ‘whistleblower’ case (“Qui Tam”) against DEFENDANTS.

By this time, it had been over two years since the violent crime against my family by DEFENDANTS. I had no choice but to really dig in and ‘follow-the-money.’ At the same time, I was doing my own investigation, for writing the whistleblower disclosure package for the DOJ, I also went to the _____ FBI office in one of the states where I tried to obtain law enforcement. I personally witnessed that FBI office ignoring my pleas for help. I had factual, court documents showing a Judge manipulated my request for enforcement but I was ignored. I made several trips to this FBI office and at one point they brought out the stack of paper I left on a previous trip in the same shape I left it, no crinkled corners indicating it had been read. It was just put in someone’s drawer and ignored.

It was about this time that I had completed the preparation of the whistleblower disclosure package and my family personally dropped it off at a DOJ office in the State of ____ where I had no case pending.
