Guise, the moar I hear POTUS say the "Military will be distributing the vaccine to rid us of the China plague". Then, most of the time, he mentions therapeutics, shortly thereafter.
Seems contradictory, unless, what he is really saying is "The Military will be rounding up the Commies and their supporters", who are responsible for the Virus, and we will get on with our lives with therapeutics and a great, thriving economy!
Just my gut, hope it's foreshadowing of the short-term future.
