I'm still looking for a lawfag (JAG?) who can tell us if a civil arrest would cause problems with a later MIL tribunal. All the investigators may be simply building cases, without arresting anyone, even if they have that power.

Another anon suggested the elite have different legal status, due to the tangled mess made of this country's structure (America Inc?). They may only be subject to MIL law/process.
