The Democratic Party on Friday filed a multimillion-dollar federal lawsuit against Trump campaign officials, the Russian government and WikiLeaks alleging a widespread conspiracy to tilt the 2016 election in Donald Trump's favor. 

A new precedent may be set. A giant can of worms. Discovery? What court would handle this?

If the Dems can sue the Russians, can't the Russians countersue the Dems(((or their controllers/financiers))) for funding the Bolshevik Revolution, Czar's murder, etc?
