I'm not exactly sure that is what Q meant, specifically - I do generally agree that including labels of a known disinformation push is not a very sound idea.
Things like qanon.pub are what they are - if people look for "qanon" as the media's disinfo tag, that rings a bell, but is an archive of Q's posts specifically. That plays against their game.
Terming ourselves qanon is kind of silly. It isn't the end of the world, but it lends itself to the subversion.
