I don't know what changes he made. But my vote is for Keep Everything. The more info and resources the better.
Absolutely no one cares about the WarRoom stuff. I didn't even know it existed until the OSS persona used it was a wedge issue. It makes zero difference whether it is kept in or not. So just do whatever will cause less angst and consternation.
