You find me any person alive who was a slave before Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation and I’ll be happy to discuss reparations for that person.

If there are people alive who suffered from human trafficking and Democrats maintained a blind eye to the problem and again I’ll be willing to discuss funding to help.

Otherwise any talk of reparations is just a scheme to buy votes.
