My friend works with SS in FL when POTUS or FLOTUS is in town. He has a specific specialty. Anyways he was working to clear the West Palm Children's Hospital when FLOTUS came to visit the kids.

FLOTUS walked in and went straight to a little girls room. Sat down and started speaking to her. The nurses all seemed concerned and whispering to themselves. So the SS thought FLOTUS had maybe done something wrong and wasn't supposed to go into that room for some reason, so they asked the nurses what the problem was.

The nurses said, "That little girl hasn't spoken in months and this is the first time we've seen her speak to anyone".
