Well remember that it's an anime baker (shillcorps) who is altering it. So clearly it's not a problem for them.
This can be tested by having every baker open the stock graphic in Paint and altering a single pixel. That will change the hash..

I don't think they hypothesis is correct. This is being pushed by someone who wants to cause discord. Does someone who is doing that want to break that bots? Think about it.
