Had to retire this year at 54. Body is tore up from excessive work doing both labor and management for 35yrs. Could not find employees worth a damn or young folks who would want to learn a trade at a damn good pay. Closed business and as of now sitting on my ass in pain and on no drugs. Kind of sucks
