I don't know if others think of the CPS abuses as "isolated cases" but I no longer do. Whenever you digg on "Child Protective Services" I think you will discover that the "Professional Kidnapper" moniker (used in "joke" t-shirts made by Arizona child protective services workers) is closer to the truth.
Bill Clinton signed legislation that incentivize with federal money, the adoption of children away from their homes, often into the care of people who should not be anywhere near children. When you tie this in with "medical" kidnapping in which the state seizes children from families via the medical establishment you have a full blown "legal" child trafficking network operating in the United States. A "family court system" should not, imo exist at all. For example, if an adult is accused of a violent or abusive act toward a child shouldn't that person be arrested with a warrant and jailed? This does not need to involve a "special" court system designed around controlling parents, children and families. Why are children "arrested" (removed from their homes) for "crimes" done by parents?! Research shows that a child almost always does best with their own biological family rather than with strangers even if the parent is possibly struggling with an addiction.
