on this website multiple people are translating q-posts into different languages (dutch, french, german, italian, japanese, korean, portuguese, spanish and swedish), all the translations are available for free (there are several APIs available) so every aggregator could use them. and its a project maintained by ResignationAnon!
it's definitely worth to be added to the dough!
