I want out so badly but family, job, & especially student loans have me stuck where I am. Luckily i'm tucked away from most of the drugs & immigrants. Doesn't mean I don't see it happening, like everyday. Just means I gotta fight harder. Most here are truly good people, just extremely misguided. I'm definitely doing my damnedest to get them to open their ignorant eyes.
It's mainly the twin cities that is fucked. as the one anon said they are starting to make their way to St. cloud. the rest of the state isn't really all that bad but I attribute that to it being mostly farm communities that hold traditional values. Unfortunately though because the twin cities population is so much greater than the rest of the state, what ever is decided there usually goes for the rest of the state.

I haven't been up there in the past 1-2years so can't say for sure. I just know the news parrots the rest of the MSM & most people here parrot the news. they are either too ignorant or lazy to sit down & do their own research. They just sperg out about "muh feelings" instead of using actual brain cells. It's be absolutely hilarious if it wasn't so scary how stupid they are.
I haven't been up there in at least 5 years unfortunately so I really can't speak for duluth. I used to go to grand marais almost every year and we'd always just drive thru duluth. but that would be the next place on the list & makes sense.
