For anybody saying it was completely shut down…from the videos I've seen, it looked like the caravan was in the Atlantic City Expressway lanes only, meaning regular local traffic was still able to flow in the main lanes on the far side of the guardrails. You can see the cars moving even. No biggie on a rainy fall Sunday anyway. I still have faith NJ will go Trump.
