you know what I never understood?
why the does isn't sectioned into 500-character sections…
there's no excuse for it, really.
when you're creating the bread from the dough, it's not sectioned in 500-character parts.
since every message on this board has a max 500-character limited, partitioning the dough in that way, would help bakers a bit, imho.
