Suppose Nancy tries something hinky with the (real) election in December to block him or anyone else from being elected. No one would stand for any of that shit. And it would trigger military coup / martial law / Plan Z to install the rightful winner as President. In that case he is not "elected" for a second time and neither would be be acting as President "for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President". Nancy is the only one who can give him a third term.
