Had to take a detour to align muh laser. They called it non functional at right around 1945 local and after some troubleshooting, went through the old flying optics system; a little bit of dirt on the mirrors and mystical gremlins who occasionally knock a mirror or two out of alignment. Full system aligned and cutting by 2320 local.

The mode on the resonator is off, but that's not technically within our domain and we don't have the tools to fix it, anyway.

Cue the laser comms discussion. What do I really mean? Why is the moon tidally locked? Is that a red dot for the cat?

666 is Chinese internet for 'lol' - along the same useage as kek and among those within China who inhabit similar circles to where kek is used in English.

Now… The Y-head is effectively 'the little missis' - a reference to the custom of young Chinese girls wearing their hair in two knots on the top of their head. Calling someone a Y-head - IE - "that Y-head" - is to call them a child, immature, or inexperienced.

Of course - multiple meanings exist as well.
