I noticed in every rally over last three days [what 12-15 of them?] Potus has made a specific point in itemizing our Military might capabilities from what they were to what they are now.
But the interesting thing is, every time he states "I hope we don't have to use it. We have it if we need it, and that's important, but we hope never to use any of it".
It's like he is trying to warn or send a message out, almost pleading..
