I can't find the twitter for the OP of the twitter pic, 3_ringcircus. The person that reposted it posted the website of the photographer. Jennifer Joanou is the name of the photographer. Lotsa kids in her profile.

In the first pic I posted, 3_ringcircus said that they were located in Martha's Vineyard. Is that one of the hubs of trafficking, or is it a hub where the elite go to get kids on the east coast?

So I did a little more digging on that pic of young Maggie Nixon.
