Newfag baker you handed reigns to on Halloween. Been tidying up the baking tools, image folders, browser cache and such (even if just to prepared to assist with an e-bake at some point).

Question - do you use the baking tools that highlight notables?

It has an option: "Only Show Notable/Nomination Posts:"

Thought that with thread in a different tab could be handy for collecting a live bread.

Thoughts?

ty for answering while work fagging.

Multiple monitors? Thinking having a bread running with "Scroll to new posts" checked on bottom of of page could be useful to watch as they scroll by?

Sry for so many questions, looking at things differently after that experience.

RE: Gathering Notes

Yes, I scroll and review when note-taking and use own discretion, more than using Notable tool, but usually use that esp to catch Nom's.

Just wondering if better methods, especially when in a crunch situation.

Assisting with note-taking has been helpful. I highlight the text if avail to start a description, then click the post, edit quickly, and cut out of the Quick Reply box and paste into notepad list, in order.

Ok good, that's been same method when assisting with notes.

After final bun dropped, click that post to get Post# and cut that to use as last notable link to the bun, added to end of notes in the dough.

Interesting. Guess could use that instead of Ctrl-f on your own or another ID to find (You) replies? Guess could search for "(You)"'s as well with ctrl-f.

I like the "(You)'s" feature of the Baker Tools.

That and the "Own Posts" feature.

Don't like all the noisy features in the latest version, so have gone back to v0.6.

>>11410389 Kek. Used to feel that way more couple years ago, when doing lots of fresh digging. Paid attention to "ratio" of You's to Posts. Tried to keep a positive ratio, and so times achieved multiple factor. Not these days, maybe too much shitposting and just helping out.
