Arrests before the election were never going to happen for 2 reasons.
1) It would probably cost Trump the election wit the appearance arresting political opponents. What good would it do to arrest people only to have Joe win and stop the investigations and pardon everyone?
2) Arrests before the election would have given supporters a lot of satisfaction, maybe so much that they would not vote.
what is plan Z?

I am sure the military and law enforcement can handle it, they have already infiltrated all of their groups. They will go down very very fast.
