Police Say Biden Staffer Vehicle May Have Been at Fault in Texas Trump Truck Incident

There is sadness in the Texas FBI offices today as police in San Marcos have commented on the Trump truck parade that surrounded Joe Biden’s campaign bus on a Texas highway last week. It turns out that the Biden staffer who claimed she was hit by a Trump truck may have been stretching the truth. Video evidence appears to show that the white SUV, driven by a Biden staffer, may have been at fault as she tried to change lanes without the right of way and ran into a black truck with Trump flags. (Full disclosure: I don’t know if it was a woman driving, but based on the video evidence, I assume it was. It’s possible the staffer is a male soy-drinker with poor vehicle management skills.)

The police department also said it has researched the crash and watched online video. It said the “at-fault vehicle” may be the Biden-Harris staffer’s car, while the “victim” appears to be one of the Trump vehicles.

“The at-fault vehicle may be the white SUV and the victim appears to be the black truck,” a statement from SMPD reads.

“Calls to the driver of the white SUV have gone unanswered and SMPD has not been contacted by the driver of the black truck. Since SMPD has not spoken to either driver at this time, additional investigation would be required to fully ascertain who was at fault.”

Inexplicably, the FBI decided to stick its nose into this minor traffic accident and “investigate” it. They don’t have enough to do, even though they’ve been sitting on Hunter Biden’s laptop for a year. The FBI has offered no explanation for why the agency is inserting itself into a local police matter. Perhaps the FBI just loves getting involved in electioneering with its decisions about who they investigate—and who they don’t—leading up to an election. In 2016 they decided Hillary Clinton didn’t intend to break all those laws she broke and in 2020, decided not to investigate Hunter Biden’s laptop, even though it was reported to have had possible child porn and evidence of money laundering on it.

Americans can rest easy knowing that the FBI is going to thoroughly investigate a small traffic accident caught on film that has already been pretty much solved by local police. Thank God for the FBI. How else would we get to the bottom of suspicious garage rope-pulls and Biden staffer tall-tales?

What may be worse, ‘mess-media’ failed to inform the public. Don’t they know it’s illegal to shoot to wound people?

Joe Biden – and mass media – apparently need better understanding here: This is the same man who suggested firing a shotgun blast through a closed door. The mandatory gun safety rule is: “Know your target before squeezing the trigger.”

Although Joe Biden demonstrated a nearly complete lack of knowledge about firearms law, firearms safety, self-defense, and crime-prevention tactics, he has never been questioned on these subjects by mass media.

The words “Second Amendment” get invoked periodically, followed by familiar wedge-issue talking points, and substantive detail never emerges. The paucity of understanding exhibited in these displays, not just “gaffes” that can be written off with chuckles, but careless ignorance and apparent willingness to act upon it, should alarm you. Based on the few statements he has made, it is not unfair to speculate that Joe Biden would be unsafe at a shooting range with a cocked pistol fully loaded with live ammo, and a paper target downrange. Yes, the very thought put a chill through us too.

Joe Biden suggested committing felonies with firearms to a national audience. JPFO recommends contacting their spokesperson and firearms expert Charles Heller (jpfo.org) to explain why those are both dangerous felonies, and better ways to handle similar situations. Mr. Biden’s encouragement to make noise shooting a gun up into the air is a specific criminal act. In Arizona, it’s called Shannon’s law.

The Media’s Pants Are Down

Election-night fever is heating up, and I hope the party I’m giving on the evening of Nov. 3 will not end in fisticuffs. All my guests except one are Trump haters, so my dinner looks a bit like the Last Supper in reverse.

Yippee! Even without a pandemic and Trump’s misstatements, it would take a miracle for The Donald to win in view of the Goebbels-like attacks against him by what is supposedly neutral news. Never before have the media been so open in cosseting Biden and protecting him, while discrediting everything that Trump has accomplished. The president is openly blamed for the unemployed when even children know that Trump had lowered unemployment to its lowest level in sixty years. Smug TV pundits and columnists hammer away each day and night on the evils of Trump: “The horror never ends, replaying 2016 in an endless loop with doses of fear, stress and loathing,” was a New York Times headline written by a hysterical woman this week. The Biden scandals have been covered up and described by a lone conservative writer as “the opposite of a feeding frenzy.” Hunter Biden’s sleazy business affairs have a lid on them imposed by the liberal powers that rule the media, Big Tech, and the entertainment industry. Better yet, the press and TV media work hard to discredit any story that doesn’t toe the anti-Trump line. I’ve worked as a journalist under the strict censorship of the Greek colonels (it suited me fine then), but this is much worse. Every TV show is redolent with anti-Trump jokes and stories, every news hour filled with anti-Trump venom. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Perhaps during Mao’s cultural revolution of the ’60s, but I had better things to do back then.

What is just as bad is the Big Tech bias against The Donald. Each and every day over the past four years, Twitter and Facebook have brimmed with anti-Trump stories based on anonymous sources. Not that I read them because I don’t use social media, but I have sources who do. If the deck isn’t stacked against Trump on those two platforms—newscasts, rather—my name is Adolf Hitler. Silicon Valley has effectively silenced the right, its billionaires having made a devil’s bargain with the media: We’ll play your game and stay left, and you’ll forget that we’re news networks but pretend that we’re platforms. The biggest whopper of them all, the Russia–Trump connection, was invented by a Brit sleaze but perpetuated for three long years by social media and never blocked as totally false news.

Trump Campaign Accuses Democrats of ALREADY Cutting Election Day Ads of “Red Mirage” in Order to Excuse Biden’s Loss and Foment Chaos

The Trump Campaign on Monday released a statement accusing Democrats of ALREADY cutting election day ads of a “Red Mirage” in order to excuse Joe Biden’s massive loss on Tuesday and to foment choas.

The Trump campaign said, “We are aware that Democrats have already cut television ads they are prepared to deploy to further cement the “Red Mirage” misinformation, seeking to convince people that all Joe Biden would need for victory is more time, extending well beyond Election Day.”

For the past year Democrats have ignored violence in their cities and condemned this nation’s police.

Now they already have ads ready to go to create doubt in the minds of their voters and to foment chaos in America.

Congress Probes Claim U.N. Gave Names of Uighur Dissidents to China

Congress is investigating new allegations the United Nations fed the names of Chinese dissidents to the Communist Party, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.

Emma Reilly, a human-rights lawyer and former U.N. official, alleged in a Sunday interview that the U.N. handed over the names of Uighur dissidents to Communist Party officials, potentially endangering the dissidents and their families. China routinely surveils political opponents and could have used this information to punish those involved in exposing the Communist Party’s campaign against the Uighur community, an ethnic minority population that has been targeted by the CCP in what many view as one of the globe’s most pressing human-rights emergencies.

Rep. Michael McCaul (R., Texas), an outspoken critic of China, told the Free Beacon he is investigating the allegations in his role as the House Foreign Affairs Committee’s lead Republican.

"The U.N. was founded on protecting human rights," McCaul said. "If this report is true, it is very troubling. We are looking into these allegations." Sources at the Foreign Affairs Committee also confirmed they are probing the allegations, which could implicate the U.N. in China’s efforts to spy on the Uighur community.

The U.N. has come under scrutiny by U.S. lawmakers for its role in helping the Communist Party obfuscate the origins of the coronavirus pandemic. McCaul and other Republicans on the House China Task Force unearthed evidence earlier this year that the U.N. and World Health Organization ran interference for Beijing as it attempted to downplay the coronavirus in the early days of the pandemic. The U.N.’s close relationship with China, which controls many of the international body’s leading organizations, has also drawn fierce criticism from the Trump administration in recent months.

Reilly, the U.N. whistleblower who formerly worked with the body’s Human Rights Council (UNHRC), claimed in an interview this weekend with a British news outlet that the names of Uighur dissidents who came to testify before the council about China’s human-rights abuses had their identities leaked to the Communist regime, a practice she claims has been ongoing for years. Reilly first disclosed the practice and accompanying documentation in 2013, when she began work at the UNHRC. Since that time, she claims, the U.N. has continued to provide Beijing with information about dissidents to curry favor with the Communist regime.

"It is completely against the rules to hand over that information to any government. But the U.N. makes an exception for China and only for China and it gives them the name," Reilly said. "China uses that information to go harass the people’s families that are still based in China."

Reilly also posted documents online that she says support her allegations. She provided similar evidence to Congress and senior U.S. diplomats in a letter sent last December.

The U.N. did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Bombshell New Evidence In Harris County Voter Fraud Case

Former Houston City Councilman and poll watcher Andrew C. Burks, a lifelong Democrat, came forward to private investigators to express his belief that the long-running Democrat voter fraud operation in Harris County, Texas is still in operation in the 2020 election, as sworn affidavits and photographic evidence has shown. NATIONAL FILE has obtained video of Burks’ interview on the heels of news that the Joe Biden campaign’s recent Texas political director Dallas Jones was interrogated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after being implicated in sworn affidavits regarding the scheme.

Burks explains based on his experience that electronic voting machines sometimes still have the ballots in them, meaning ballots were not counted. Burks explains how he has received evidence of dead people voting in Harris County.

“Fraud in the balloting, not just mail balloting, there is fraud also in the electronic balloting,” said Burks. “The electronic ballots are done on a clock, the precinct judge opens up his precinct with an electronic clock on their machine.

“Now, what we found out, what I have found out,” he continued, “Was that ballots were still in some of the machines.”

Burks went on to describe being given information of a man who died years ago who, according to the government voter database, voted in the previous election.

“I’ll give you another situation,” he said. “Every year a candidate gets a walk list of people who voted in the last primary or last general election, and they can walk and walk, this takes you house to house.”

“I knocked on this lady’s door, said ‘How you doing,’ she said ‘Fine Mr. Burks,'” he explained. “I asked, ‘How’s your husband doing? I see he voted in the last election.”

Burks then said that the woman informed him her husband has been deceased for five years, despite him having a government printout claiming he voted in the last election.
