All but two states require their electoral college to vote based on their state's popular vote. But that doesn't suit the fancy of certain governors and their legislature, expect a quick change in their state law between November 4 and December 14 to allow their electors to vote differentlyโ€ฆ.

In limbo until December 14 at the earliest if certain states try to game their own system and the electoral votes make a difference.
