He also mentioned that they were planning to use it in the 2016 election and this is where it got damn interesting, Q drop #36 quote" "If Trump failed, if we failed, and HRC assumed control, we as Patriots were prepared to do the unthinkable (this was leaked internally and kept the delegate recount scam and BO from declaring fraud)"……………….Gen. Mcinerney referenced this thwarting of Obama's use of the software to win the election for [HRC].
When Obama left office in Jan. 2017 Brennan, Clapper etal………………..took what the General described as a "personal version" of the HAMMR & SCORECARD to use for the election tomorrow.
