Anon seems to remember Steve Pieczenik saying white hats found out where the black hats were doing this in 2016 and told them to stop or they'd bomb the place. Happened at the same time the results stopped coming in for about an hour or so. Didn't mention Hammer but fits. If black hats tried before and white hats stopped them, couldn't white hats do it again? Anon will try to find original Pieczenik opus.
