Lived there from 2016 to mid 2018. Watched a a group make a peaceful protest by erecting a giant Teepee on 2nd Avenue outside my office building. The police allowed it to block traffic and buses were re-routed for two days. The walk home through Pioneer Square was dystopic back then. Seattle is dying.
