The people who planned & executed that awful event, had years to plan every last detail. Why would they not send out 4 decoys, exactly what Woods saw, to make people think (after the fact) that yes, they were practicing (of course they were not). And why not deliberately select a flight with a famous person, so that people could listen to his experience later. JW even says he thought they were either terrorists or LE. Well there you go.
As to Rudy, none of us knows for certain what he knew on 911, or when he knew it. What if a bastard like Rumsfeld (et al), convinced Rudy that X was happening. What if he was told that either they had no control over the event (terrorists you see), or that their response was going to be to "pull" building 7 afterward, so that the imprint would be the least dangerous possible, and he believed it? What if he actually believed (a helluva lot of people did) that the towers could collapse because of a (faked hologram) attack? What if RG had zero suspicion (few knew) that the towers were wired for demo? Ergo, he would have believed that nobody would be hurt by post attack actions, because everyone still alive would have been evacuated by then (towers collapse, 7 pulled). What if he had zero idea that a satanic blood sacrifice was in the works.
As to both JW & RG, "by their works you shall know them." We see them both fighting for our righteous cause, publicly and fearlessly. In addition to this, there is such a thing as redemption, which we should all be thankful for.
