The plan is a phased operation with compartmentalized information. Each operator has a specific task aimed to the overall goal but they are not aware of the entire plan. That is how OPSEC is maintained. When the individual operators task is completed, their particular mission is over. The overall mission continues.

I know for a fact that several hundred NG troops have been activated for over 6 months specific to election security. Remember this is a SHOW. The war is already won and all we are seeing is a strategic release of info to educate the masses and unbrainwash them. Fear is not part of the awakening process.
