Seriously. It’s a soft target with a lot of red counties. Only two states delivered more Trump votes than CA in 2016 (TX ad FL). The have no plans for ballot shenanigans in place, because it’s supposedly “safe”. They are sick of Newsom and I’m seeing that there are no lines at polling places in SF, for example. Trump Rallies in Beverly Hills? Tide is turning there.
There are no Rs in SF–almost literally. No turnout is a bad, bad thing for Ds there.
