The ballot tabulators are off-line, so far no reports of problems w/ the tabulators.
My area: impression is the counting of absentee ballots is being slow walked. They kept making total ballots counted errors to delay the count roughly two days.
Roughly the same number of absentee ballots in the general as in the primary. In the primary they were done by this same time frame. So we know how long exactly it should be taking.
They can not slip in extra absentee ballots in my area unnoticed.
