USPS Fails to Meet Deadline Set by Corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan to Sweep Facilities For Lingering Mail-In Ballots

Earlier Tuesday, corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered the USPS to sweep facilities of lingering mail-in ballots between 12:30 PM EST and 3:00 PM EST.

“[B]eginning no later than 12:30 PM EST today, Defendants shall send Postal Service inspectors or their designees, to processing facilities in the following Districts and direct them to sweep the facilities between 12:30 PM EST and 3:00 PM EST to ensure that no ballots have been held up and that any identified ballots are immediately sent out for delivery,” Sullivan ordered.

Sullivan also said the USPS Inspector General’s Office can send in investigators.

Judge Sullivan believes he is the Postmaster General in addition to being a special prosecutor in General Flynn’s case.

The USPS failed to meet the deadline set by Judge Sullivan on Tuesday so the Democrats are lighting their hair on fire.

Fox News reported:

“Given the time constraints set by this Court’s order, and the fact that Postal Inspectors operate on a nationwide basis, Defendants were unable to accelerate the daily review process to run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. without significantly delaying preexisting activities on the day of the election,” the USPS wrote in a release.

The USPS said that some 300,000 ballots lacked a delivery scan.

“There are only one or two Inspectors in any one facility, and thus they do not have the ability to personally scour the entire facility. Indeed, doing so would be impractical (given the size of that facility) and would take them away from their other pressing Election Mail-related responsibilities, as detailed above,” the USPS continued.

The Postal Service said that inspectors will be in the identified facilities “throughout the evening,” though dozens of states will reject ballots not received tonight.

Those districts are: Central Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Detroit, Colorado/Wyoming, Atlanta, Houston, Alabama, Northern New England, Greater South Carolina, South Florida, Lakeland (covering parts of Illinois and Wisconsin) and Arizona.

Twitter Bans Retweeting Official Statement From Erie County Election Board on Viral Post From Man Claiming to be Poll Worker Throwing Away Trump Ballots

Twitter is blocking retweets of the official statement from the Erie County Election Board on a viral post from a man claiming to be an election worker who was throwing away ballots for Trump.

The highly partisan platform also suspended Courtney Holland for 12 hours for posting a screenshot of the man’s claims on Instagram.

In his Instagram post, a man named Sebastian Machado wrote that he had “been working at the poll station in Erie County, PA all morning. A lot of people have already voted today :)” He added, “I’ve thrown away over a hundred ballots for trump already!!! Pennsylvania gonna turn blue 2020!!”

Holland tweeted the screenshots with a note saying that what he claimed to be doing is illegal.

When this reporter attempted to share a press release stating that the man does not actually work for the board of elections, Twitter would not allow it.

The censored press release states that the person who made the claim “does not work in any way with Erie Country or have any part of Erie County’s election process. In fact, the individual is not a registered voter and is not believed to be a resident of Erie County, PA.”

The statement added that there is an ongoing investigation into potential criminal charges.

Republican Poll Volunteers Kicked Out Of Rural Oregon Election Office

As polling stations and elections offices across the nation experience widespread “mistakes” and “anomalies”, one elections office in Oregon has kicked out all Republican volunteers. The Clatsop County elections office had originally arranged for 31 signature verification volunteers, which spanned many party lines. But now they’ve apparently decided to exclude the Republican party from this process.

Clatsop News initially made a post describing how it was to be: “With respect to elections volunteers, there are 16 Democrats in 15 Republican / Independent/ Non affiliated voters combined…of those 15 approximately 10 or 11 are Republicans.“

Apparently county clerk Tracie Krevanko decided to change that. The Northwest Observer reports:

The Oregon Republican Party released the following statement after raising questions about the exclusion of Republican volunteers from critical election boards in Clatsop County:

“It was brought to our attention in the past couple of days that Republican volunteers have been excluded as election workers from the Clatsop County Election Office Signature Verification and Drop Box Collection boards by County Elections Clerk Tracie Krevanko (D-Warrenton), even though Republican volunteers had been added to the ballot counting boards,” said Oregon Republican Party Communications Director Kevin Hoar. “We contacted Ms. Krevanko to request that Republican volunteers be added to these boards, but our request was denied.”

Sixty percent of the Signature Verification and Drop Box Collection Boards consist of Democrats and zero Republicans. Clatsop County is one of the counties that comprises the highly contested open seat House District 32 race between Republican/Independent Mayor of Tillamook Suzanne Weber and Democrat Debbie Boothe-Schmidt. Clatsop is also considered a swing county in the very competitive races for the statewide offices of Secretary of State and State Treasurer.

Trump promised full transparency on scandal documents, State Department didn't comply

State failed to meet deadlines for documents subpoenaed by Senate or covered by FOIA lawsuits, and fully redacted one of the most important memos it released.

President Trump has been adamantly clear: He wants all documents from the Russia, Clinton email and Ukraine scandals made public without redactions or exceptions. He's made the pledge on Twitter, on television and to the key chairmen running investigations in the Senate.

His State Department, however, has been marching to a different beat.

Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) and Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), did not get from the department large swaths of documents that they requested, and in some cases subpoenaed, for the committees they chaired. Some of their requests have now been pending by two years or more.

And after months of promising a final production of documents in late October in response to one of Just the News' lawsuits under the Freedom of Information Act, the State Department suddenly reversed course and said it could not release the materials until after the November election. The suit has been pending for a year.

In another FOIA matter, the State Department produced to Just the News a few dozen pages of responsive documents from the Ukraine-Biden controversy last week but redacted nearly the entirety of a key document from October 2016. The memo supposedly details what then-U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch discussed when she met the Ukraine prosecutor overseeing a long-running corruption case against the Burisma Holdings gas firm where Hunter Biden worked, and several other cases targeting Ukrainians.

The prosecutor, Yuriy Lutsenko, claimed that in the meeting Yovanovitch identified several cases that the U.S. embassy did not want to see prosecuted. Yovanovitch and State have denied there was a do-not-prosecute list. The memo — if it had been released without its complete redactions — could have helped Americans understand better whose account was accurate and what transpired at the meeting.

In Election Day flubs, Joe Biden says son Beau was senator, mixes up granddaughters

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Tuesday made a pair of Election Day gaffes during a rare in-person campaign stop in Philadelphia, saying his late son Beau Biden was a senator and mixing up his granddaughters’ names.

Just hours before potentially becoming the nation’s oldest-ever president-elect, Biden spoke about his family to a crowd of supporters in swing state Pennsylvania’s largest city.

“This is my son, Beau Biden, who a lot of you helped elect to the Senate in Delaware, this is my granddaughter Natalie — no wait, I’ve got the wrong one. This is Natalie, this is Beau’s daughter,” Biden said as he introduced his granddaughters.

The former vice president, who turns 78 this month, initially identified his granddaughter Finnegan Biden, 20, whose father is Hunter Biden, as the 16-year-old Natalie.

Beau Biden, who died of brain cancer in 2015 at age 46, was not a senator, but served from 2007 to 2015 as Delaware attorney general.

During a different set of remarks in Philadelphia on Tuesday, Biden correctly identified his late son’s former office.

President Trump, who is 74 years old, repeatedly attacked “Sleepy Joe” Biden as mentally “shot” during the campaign and highlighted Biden’s frequent gaffes as evidence of senility.

“Joe Biden will never call the shots and if he does, he’s not going to be there very long,” Trump said during an Election Day interview on “Fox & Friends.”

Last month, Biden appeared to forget Utah Republican Sen. Mitt Romney’s name and said, “I’m running as a proud Democrat for the Senate.” Biden previously claimed he was running for Senate during a stop in South Carolina in February.

Biden appeared to confuse Trump and former Republican President George W. Bush in a late October digital fundraising event.

“The character of the country in my view is literally on the ballot. What kind of country we’re gonna be? Four more years of George, ah, George, gonna find ourselves in a position where if Trump gets elected, we’re going to be in a different world,” he said.

LAPD Declares Citywide Tactical Alert

The Los Angeles Police Department is on high alert on election night due to the potential for civil unrest.

“The LAPD has declared a citywide tactical alert to ensure sufficient resources to address any incidents that may arise as a result of Election Day activities, but is not a result of any specific incident,” the department said.

“The Department is committed to ensuring that adequate resources are available to ensure all Angelenos are able to safely vote without interference. The Department will continue to assess the needs to maintain a tactical alert based upon the needs and state of the City.”

Stolen Ballots Found Under a Rock On Side Of Road In Glendale, Arizona

GLENDALE – The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) and the Glendale Police Department (Glendale PD) said they delivered more than a dozen stolen ballots back to Glendale residents.

On Friday afternoon, a worker located a stack of unopened mail-in ballots hidden under a rock located off 99th and Glendale avenues. The individual contacted the Glendale Police Department and responding officers located 18 ballots. According to investigators, the ballots were stolen from individual mailboxes in a neighborhood just south of 107th and Northern avenues (in between Vista Avenue and Kaler Drive). The envelopes were still sealed.

On Saturday, AGO agents and Glendale PD hand-delivered the ballots back to the registered voters. It is possible there are additional victims. The motive for stealing the ballots is presently unknown. The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
