i'm far from any sort of talent with graphic design or photoshop, etc., so i'm coming to you for something that may be super simple in your skillset.
I'd like to have a window cling/vinyl made for my car. nothing crazy elaborate, just a simple

though i am partial to lettering/style of pic related.
I'd assume image would need to be on a clear background? open to suggestion.
