Well, I cannot stand most people in Cali and won't come from there, so I can't imagine I'll be received the same way, but I plan to move there and buy a house in the next couple of years.
You think I'll have to wait a year or so and just rent before I try to buy property? I only really keep to myself anyway… But I'm not going to just move and buy an "economic" house, so I don't worry much about someone swooping in before me.
