Each State gets 2 Senators, so how does the Congress have a constant close to 50/50 split of Dem Senators? even from the Red states.
the Senate majority is "kept" at just a few Senators moar year after year.
Without election Fraud, the Senate should be 70 Republican Senators to 30 Dems.
