If Don wins the National Popular Vote.

Will the electors who are part of the The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact vote for Don or decide all of a sudden it is unconstitutional and vote as their state wants.

I assume they will if Biden wins the national popular vote.

I see them backing out if The Big Don wins the Popular vote.
