They're being watched. Question is - Did the DOJ go to watch to ensure integrity or did they go so they can testify in court "we watched and everything was proper (deep state protectors).

 

A lot of these people if they do win have serious legal issues that could drop 'em, still, too.

I'm comfy, but just trying to understand the lack of election fraud prosecution in 2018.

 

Potential reason. 2016 - massive fraud, but all Deep State, so systems prevent prosecutable evidence from being obtained. 2018 - since no proof from 2018, no justification for using certain investigative tools, so have to collect available information to get approval for proper surveillance and eventual prosecution in 2020?
