Depends on what you call major.

You have Harrisburg, that's Dauphin county, blue, lower middle. To the left of Dauphin is Cumberland County, that's also Harrisburg metro. York, is below Cumberland, that's about as major as Harrisburg. Next to York is Lancaster, about the same size as York and Harrisburg. The total population of those 3 metros is about 1.5 Million.

There's a blue Wilkes-Barre in the upper right - Lackawanna. And Scranton is below, right, Luzerne. Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton are all major population centers, they're right middle.

The big blue one in the middle isn't really a major population center, it's Centre, State College, Penn State. And Pittsburgh there on the left. There are also other cities like Erie, Altoona, Johnstown.
