I'm analyzing the vote tallies by state
In PA, if the assumption is that total votes in 2020 are equal to 2016, then Biden would have to win 88% of them to win PA. If I assume '20 is +10% of '16 then Biden must win the remaining by 84%
If I go to +20% totals of 2016, Biden must carry remaining by 82%
