Several times lately, the packages have been arriving several DAYS later, when we pay A LOT to ship the OVERNIGHT.
When we have questioned certain agencies as to why this is happening (and WHY we have to explain to very ANGRY clients WHY they still haven't rec'd, and they accuse US of not doing our fucking jobs!!) we are told, well, sorry…..COVID.
