NC voter here and can confirm - I have ALWAYS voted in person - however, my registration profile online now shows me as having "returned" my absentee ballot (which I never received) and voting in person.

there is definitely something going on here - might only be Covid mail in voting BS, but I definitely DID NOT receive an absentee ballot
