This is becoming clear to me now. Much was learned during the 2016 & 2018 election cheating. Q team had to have know that the ballots received would exceed the population in a given area. That's what happened. It was a red wave, that's why the media looked like shit. The counting was shut down last night because the fraud was too obvious to shut down. This was obvious from the NYT map posted early evening last night. At least 6 areas were over 100% already. Maybe there will have to be a special election?
