I live near a prison for boys, passing it this morning was one of their cars with the lights on at the entrance, an armed soldier with an automatic was standing duty , def Military and not anyone working for the prison system and not Nat Guard, and not his car. Got me thinking…are we placing the operatives or was he there just for civil unrest/riots?
