BALTIMORE: "Luis Cruz Rodriguez of Frederick, Maryland was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering.

In April of 2017, prosecutors say Cruz Rodriguez was present when other gang members were talking about killing the person and drove the killers to a secluded area of Frederick where the murder would happen. The gang members then killed the victim, dismembered him and buried the body parts in a shallow grave. Prosecutors say Cruz Rodriguez was not present when the victim was killed, but drove back to pick up the other gang members who committed the crime."
